ONE Skin System is an Australian skin care company specializing in organic products which are ethically produced. Founded by 3 women, the skin care products developed by ONE utilise naturally occurring vitamins, minerals, antioxidant and organic nutrients which stimulate and activate the natural functions of your skin.

Product packaging too is innovative with portion controlled airless pumps ensuring no air or cross contamination, maintaining the integrity of the living natural product inside.  All packaging is made from certified recycled and sustainable materials.  The result is an overall product which is safe, ethical and environmentally sound.

THE PROJECT

As well as producing unique and inspiring products, ONE understands the importance of strong branding for its skincare business and its products.  ONE approached Actuate IP to assist with protecting both of these and trade mark registration was quickly recognised as the best form of protection for its business name, logos, product names and taglines.

THE ACTIONS AND OUTCOME

Actuate IP initially assisted ONE in relation to protecting the ONE Skin System branding.  With the development of a related business for the now highly successful EYE OF HORUS mascara, Actuate IP further assisted by developing an international trade mark strategy for this developing brand.  The resulting international project was rolled out in stages ensuring the business owners would not be distracted from their core business of developing unique skin care products.  It also meant that protection to the brand could easily be extended as interest in the products developed in additional countries.

ONE Skin System and its related business for EYE OF HORUS now have a strong trade mark portfolio in place to ensure its continued investment in developing innovative products is protected. The business founders continue to focus on developing pure, safe and inspiring skin care products.
